WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO?
To refer a company for Jeeves, and be eligible for the referral bonus you must share the unique referral link emailed to you by Jeeves with the company you wish to refer. If the referred company then meets the qualifying criteria set out below, both you and the referee will receive the referral bonus. Referrals will only be eligible for a bonus under this program if the unique referral link has been used and if referrals have been received and activated by Jeeves not later than 30 June 2024.
WHERE DO THESE TERMS APPLY?
These terms apply to customers and referrals based in the USA, UK, EU, and Canada. We are running similar referral programs in Latin America and the terms for these can be found here.
HOW MANY REFERRALS CAN YOU MAKE?
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make to Jeeves. You will receive the bonus for each qualifying referral.
Each new qualifying company will also receive a bonus.
HOW MANY REFERRALS CAN YOU MAKE?
No. Your unique referral code is to share directly with companies you consider may benefit from Jeeves services. You may not make your code public and you may not make any public statement about Jeeves (including on any social media platform). In addition, when suggesting Jeeves to a potential customer, you must make clear that communications come from you and not from Jeeves.
WHAT IS A QUALIFYING REFERRAL?
To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred company must:

If each of the above acceptance and 90 days’ spend conditions are met, the referring company and the referred company will qualify for the referral bonus. Please note that acceptance of customers is at Jeeves sole discretion.
WHAT IS THE REFERRAL BONUS?
Personal Bonus: Each person who makes a qualifying referral will receive a 500 gift card in their local currency as a personal bonus. You need to be a current Jeeves user to qualify for this referral bonus. Gift cards will be issued at Jeeves' sole discretion. The bonus will only be issued to the person named as the referrer and is not transferable.
New Customer Bonus: Each new customer that is referred to Jeeves through the Customer referral program and meets the qualifying criteria will receive a 250 gift card in their local currency. Gift cards will be issued at Jeeves' sole discretion. The bonus will only be issued to the person named as the referrer.
WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE BONUS?
Each bonus will be issued within one calendar month from the date on which the referred company met the qualifying criteria for the bonus.
For example, if the company referred company meets the qualifying criteria on 25 January, the bonus will be provided by 25 February.

OTHER TERMS
No associated company referrals: Referrals cannot be made to companies with the same directors, companies within the same group, or companies that share managerial control.
Changes to terms: Jeeves reserves the right to modify, withdraw, amend, alter, or change the referral offer at any time. By continuing to make referrals to Jeeves after an update to the terms, you are indicating that you are accepting them.
Jeeves’ discretionary rights: Jeeves reserves the right to remove access to the referral program or refuse a bonus, or take any other action Jeeves deems necessary if, (in Jeeves’ sole discretion);Jeeves suspects violation of terms or any activity we determine as abusive (for example, by inviting yourself, fictitious people, associated companies, already existing users, making the Jeeves code publicly available) or damaging the Jeeves brand; Any account held by you with Jeeves is delinquent; orJeeves suspects that you have not used the Referral Program in good faith or have breached these terms and conditions, the Jeeves product terms, or the terms and conditions of any Jeeves partner.
Other legal terms: Referral bonus will be void where restricted by law. Referral bonus has no cash value. Referral bonus may not be sold, copied, modified, or transferred.Jeeves does not accept liability for any use of the referral bonus program that does not comply with these terms and conditions. Jeeves may, at its sole discretion, accept or reject any potential applicant, or terminate any new customer at any time without providing explanation to the referring customer. The laws of the State of New York shall govern these terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising arising from them.
