How do I link my bank account?

In order to use your Jeeves account, you may be asked to connect to one of our open banking partners. If you operate in the United States, you’ll need to establish a Plaid connection to your business bank. If you operate in Canada, you’ll need to establish a Flinks connection to your business bank. Customers can connect to their open banking partner by following these steps:

Step 1: Log into your Jeeves account

Step 2: Click on user name in the top right corner and select Settings

Step 3: Click on Billing

Step 4: Click on Add a New Account

Step 5: Select USA or Canada

Step 6: Click on Add a bank

Step 7: Click on Get started and complete your connection

Step 8: Click Finish and confirm your connection is established
