You can enroll in AutoPay directly from your Jeeves account by connecting and assigning a business bank account of your choice to serve as the source of payment.
Once enrolled, you will no longer need to manually initiate monthly Jeeves payments. AutoPay will automatically debit your bank account for your outstanding payment amount The funds will be withdrawn on the 3rd of each month or the following business day. Typically, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to settle on your Jeeves card.
To ensure your AutoPay payments are successful, please ensure your linked bank account is sufficiently funded to cover your due payment.
To enroll in AutoPay, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Log into your Jeeves account
Step 2: Click on user name in the top right corner and select Settings
Step 3: Click on Billing
Step 4: Click on Add a New Account
Step 5: Select your country
Step 6: Click on Add a bank
Step 7: Click on Get started and complete your bank connection
Step 8: Click on Finish and confirm your connection is established
Step 9: Toggle on the AutoPay switch next to the bank account that will be your source of payment
If you enrolled in AutoPay before the 15th of the month, your AutoPay will begin with your next billing cycle. If you enrolled after the 15th, AutoPay will apply to the billing cycle after the following month. For example, if your enrollment completed on the last day of the month of April, your AutoPay would not apply to your April statement, and instead work with your May statement.
Once you bank account is approved for AutoPay, AutoPay will pull funds on the 3rd business day of each month for your Jeeves Credit billing cycles. For Jeeves Capital, AutoPay will pull your funds on the exact due date of your installment payment.
AutoPay settlement times typically take between 3-5 business days.
In some cases, your bank account may not be supported by our open banking partners, requiring you to manually connect your bank account.
