Affiliate Partner Program FAQ — Jeeves
Partner Program

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the Jeeves Affiliate Partner Program — commissions, referrals, payouts, and program rules.

About the Program

The Jeeves Partner Program is a referral-based affiliate initiative that allows companies, agencies, consultants, and individuals to earn commissions by introducing businesses to Jeeves.

Once approved and signed your partner agreement, your job is simply to share your unique referral code. When a company you refer becomes an active Jeeves customer and starts spending on the platform, you earn a percentage of their spend over their first 12 months. Jeeves handles the rest — sales, onboarding, and ongoing account management.

Yes. The affiliate program is a hands-off marketing channel: you share your referral code, and Jeeves does the outreach, sales, and onboarding. You earn a commission on the spend of the companies you introduce — no ongoing involvement required.

The broker program is a separate, more intensive arrangement where the partner actively manages the client relationship, negotiates rates on behalf of clients, and has a deeper ongoing engagement. The two programs have different structures, compensation models, and requirements.

The program is open to:

  • Companies of any size, including agencies, consultancies, and service providers
  • Individual professionals such as freelance consultants, financial advisors, treasury specialists, and brokers
  • Existing Jeeves customers who want to refer companies within their own network

There is no requirement to have an existing relationship with Jeeves before applying.

The program is available globally. Affiliates and their referrals are welcome from all markets where Jeeves operates, including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, North America, and EMEA.

Applying to the Program

Apply through the Jeeves Partner Program registration page. The process takes only a few minutes. You will be asked to provide:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your region / country
  • Your company name
  • How you plan to refer companies (e.g., personal network, newsletter, LinkedIn, in-person)

Once you submit, a Jeeves representative will review your application and follow up. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt.

We aim to review all applications within a few business days. If your application is approved, you will receive a welcome email with your referral code and next steps.

We look for partners who have genuine networks of businesses that could benefit from Jeeves's services. Our basic vetting confirms:

  • The applicant appears to be a legitimate company or individual professional
  • There is a plausible connection to the types of businesses Jeeves serves
  • The applicant is not attempting to refer their own company

We review publicly available information such as your website or LinkedIn profile as part of this process.

Yes, Jeeves reserves the right to decline any application. Common reasons for rejection include:

  • Inability to verify the applicant's identity or business
  • The applicant attempting to refer themselves or a company they own
  • Other concerns identified during review

If your application is not approved, a Jeeves representative will let you know.

Getting Started

You will receive an automated welcome email that includes:

  • Your unique referral code
  • A short video explaining the program and how to get started
  • Information on how commissions are calculated and paid
  • A link to this FAQ and other program resources
  • Your partner agreement

Note: you are not yet eligible to receive commission payments until you have signed your partner agreement and submitted the required payment documentation.

The partner agreement is a legal contract between you and Jeeves that governs the terms of your participation. It outlines:

  • The commission structure and payment terms
  • Your responsibilities as an affiliate
  • Prohibited activities (including self-referral)
  • The 12-month commission window
  • Other standard legal terms

Your Jeeves representative will provide you with the agreement to review and sign.

Your referral code is a unique identifier assigned to you when you are approved. You share this code with the businesses you want to refer to Jeeves. When a referred business goes through the Jeeves onboarding process and enters your code, their account is linked to you for commission tracking purposes.

Your referral code will be included in your welcome email. Keep it handy — you will use it in all your referral outreach.

Referring Companies

Share your referral code with any business you think could benefit from Jeeves — via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, in a meeting, through a newsletter, or any channel you prefer. They visit the Jeeves onboarding page, complete the application, and enter your referral code in the designated field. Once they are approved and begin spending, the commission clock starts.

No. The referred company must apply through Jeeves's onboarding process themselves. You cannot submit an application on their behalf. This ensures the customer genuinely wants the product and understands what they are signing up for. Your role is to make the introduction — Jeeves handles the rest.

There is no limit. You can share your referral code with as many businesses as you like. Every active referral you generate contributes to your earnings.

You can refer any business that you believe would benefit from Jeeves's products. Not all businesses may be eligible — some industries are restricted based on regulatory and compliance requirements. Jeeves will make its own determination during the referred company's onboarding; you do not need to pre-screen them.

If a referred company is not approved by Jeeves, no commission will be generated for that referral.

Yes — if you are a consultant, agency, or service provider with existing client relationships, you are welcome to share your referral code with them. Existing Jeeves customers can also participate and refer other businesses within their own networks.

When the referred company completes the Jeeves onboarding form and enters your referral code, their account is tagged with your code in our system. This is how we track which customers you referred and calculate your commission.

Commission Structure

You earn 10 basis points (0.10%) of the total spend generated by each company you refer, over a 12-month period from when they become an active customer. There are no minimum referral requirements.

Example
A referred company that spends $500,000/month generates $500 in commission for that month — roughly $6,000 over 12 months from a single referral. The more companies you refer, and the more they spend, the more you earn.

The 12-month commission window starts when the referred company becomes an active Jeeves customer by making their first spend on the platform.

No. All partners receive the same fixed terms: 10 basis points for a 12-month period. There are no custom rates or special arrangements available at this stage.

Commissions are earned on actual spend. If a referred company reduces or stops their spending on Jeeves, your commission will adjust accordingly.

Tracking Referrals & Earnings

At the end of each month, the Jeeves team prepares a commission statement for you showing the companies you referred that are currently active, their total spend, your commission earned (0.10% of their spend), and cumulative earnings from the period.

You will receive this statement by email before being asked to submit an invoice. Payment is processed within 15 days of the Jeeves Accounts Payable team receiving your invoice.

Not yet. Real-time tracking is planned as a future feature. For now, commission statements are prepared and sent manually by the Jeeves team on a monthly basis.

We are working to build a self-service partner portal where you will eventually be able to log in and see your referrals, their spend, and your accumulated commissions in real time.

If you think there is a discrepancy in your statement, please contact the Jeeves representative who sent it with the details. We will review it and correct any errors.

Getting Paid

Before you can receive any commission payments, you must complete all three of the following:

  • Be approved by Jeeves as an affiliate partner
  • Sign the Jeeves Partner Agreement
  • Submit your required banking and payment documentation to Jeeves

You do not need to submit your banking information when you first apply — you will be prompted after approval and signing the agreement.

Required documents depend on whether you are participating as a company or as an individual. All documents must be submitted in PDF format.

If you are a company:

  • Articles of incorporation / company registration documents
  • Powers of attorney for your legal representative
  • Valid government-issued ID for the legal representative
  • Proof of address (dated within the last 3 months)
  • Tax ID / Tax Status Certificate
  • Bank account statement cover page showing your account number
  • Current, positive Tax Compliance Certificate

If you are an individual:

  • Valid government-issued ID
  • Proof of address (dated within the last 3 months)
  • Tax ID / Tax Status Certificate
  • Bank account statement cover page showing your account number
  • Current, positive Tax Compliance Certificate

Compile all documents into a single ZIP file named Partner_[YourName]_[EntityType].zip and send it to your assigned Jeeves representative.

At the end of each month: Jeeves calculates your commission, sends you a statement, you review it and submit an invoice, and Jeeves processes your payment within approximately 15 business days of receiving your invoice.

Note: automatic payments are not yet supported in most of our markets. You will need to submit a formal invoice to receive each payment.

Your invoice should include:

  • Your name or company name
  • Your banking details
  • The commission period (e.g., May 2026)
  • A breakdown of the companies you referred, their spend, and the commission earned
  • The total amount owed

Payment is made in the currency listed on your invoice: COP, BRL, EUR, MXN, or USD.

  • Compliance with local laws — You are responsible for ensuring your participation complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
