How do I pay my monthly Jeeves balance?

Payment Due Dates

Starting in April 2023, all customers across all regions must initiate payments for outstanding Jeeves Card and Jeeves Pay balances by the 3rd of every month. If the 3rd falls on a weekend or holiday, payment must be made the next open business day.

Canadian Customers

Canadian Jeeves Credit customers:

On the 3rd of each month or the next business day if the 3rd falls on a weekend or holiday, AutoPay will automatically initiate a payment from your assigned bank account for your due Jeeves Credit balance. Your AutoPay payment will typically clear within 3-4 business days.

Jeeves Admins can make one-time payments using Pay Now to pay their due statement balance.

If you are unable to use Pay Now or enroll in AutoPay, please follow these manual payment instructions.

On the installment due date found on your Jeeves Capital loan statement, AutoPay will automatically initiate a payment from your assigned bank account for your due Jeeves Capital balance. Your AutoPay payment will typically clear within 3-4 business days.
