Forgot Your Jeeves Password? Here’s Exactly What to Do

😬 Locked Out of Your Jeeves Account?

It happens to the best of us — you're trying to access your Jeeves account to check your Jeeves card balance, review a Jeeves Pay transaction, or manage your Jeeves credit line… but your password isn’t working.

No stress — resetting your password is quick, secure, and easy (as long as you follow the right steps).

⚠️ Never search “Jeeves login” or “Jeeves forgot password” on Google or Bing.
Scammers often use fake sites and paid ads to collect your credentials.

✅ Step-by-Step: Resetting Your Jeeves Password Securely

1. Go to the Official Reset Page

Skip the search engines and head straight here:

This is the only legitimate password reset page for all Jeeves users.

💡 Tip: If you're not already logged out, start from https://www.tryjeeves.com/login and click “Forgot password?”

2. Enter Your Account Email

Make sure to use the email address associated with your active Jeeves account. This is the same one you use to:

  • Access your Jeeves login

  • Receive card alerts or statements

  • View your Jeeves Pay or credit activity

3. Check Your Inbox

You'll receive a password reset email from no-reply@tryjeeves.com.

✅ Make sure the sender is legitimate
✅ The reset link should point to a jeev.es domain
✅ The message should arrive within 2–3 minutes

Didn’t get it? Check spam or junk folders. If it’s still missing, contact support@tryjeeves.com.

4. Create a Strong New Password

Your new password should be:

  • At least 10 characters long

  • Unique (don’t reuse from other accounts)

  • Ideally stored in a password manager

Avoid using names, birthdates, or anything someone could guess.

🚫 Don’t Fall for Fake Reset Links

Scammers often send fake password reset emails to trick you into handing over your Jeeves login credentials.

Watch out for:

  • Emails from random Gmail addresses or domains like jeeves-help.top

  • Reset links that don’t contain prod.jeev.es

  • Urgent subject lines like “Your Jeeves Card Will Be Deactivated”

Jeeves will never ask for your full password, card number, or 2FA code via email.

🔒 Add Extra Protection After Resetting

To strengthen your security:

  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in your account settings

  • Review recent activity to confirm there’s no unauthorized access

  • Update your password manager with the new password

🧯 If You Think You Clicked the Wrong Link

If you accidentally clicked a suspicious reset email or typed your info into a fake site:

  1. Immediately go to https://www.tryjeeves.com/login

  2. Change your password again — even if you just reset it

  3. Enable 2FA if not already active

  4. Contact support@tryjeeves.com

  5. Forward the suspicious message to security@tryjeeves.com

We’ll help lock down your Jeeves account, including your Pay and card access.
