Jeeves Customer Referral Program

As a customer of Jeeves, you have the opportunity to earn when you successfully refer new companies to Jeeves. This program will be available from now through June 30th, 2024. 

What is the referral bonus?

When you refer a company to Jeeves and they spend $10,000 USD* within the first three months, they’ll receive a virtual $250 USD* gift card and you’ll receive a virtual $500 USD* gift card. 

You’ll receive your $500 USD* gift card via service provider, Tremendous. From there, you’ll be able to select from a list of gift card options including prepaid Visa cards, Amazon gift cards, credit to apps like Uber and Airbnb, or pay it forward by donating to your favorite non-profit organization.

How to make a referral

Getting started with our referral program is as easy as 1, 2, 3:

1. Share your unique referral link with any potential Jeeves customer.
2. They sign up directly through your link and spend $10,000 USD* in their first 90 days. 
3. You both earn the referral bonus!

What are the eligibility criteria?

To qualify for the referral bonus, a company must start an application directly through your unique referral link. Once approved, the company must spend a minimum of $10,000 USD* within their first 90 days. This minimum spend requirement can be spent either via Jeeves Cards or as a Jeeves Pay cross-border/FX transfer.

Additional terms below:

• The 90-day clock starts the day that the referral is approved for any of Jeeves’ products. 
• $10,000 USD* must be spent across either Card or Jeeves Pay (FX), whichever comes first. Spend across both Cards and Jeeves Pay (FX) cannot be combined to meet the minimum requirement. 
• Domestic Jeeves Pay transfers do not qualify. Only Jeeves Pay transfers that incur a currency exchange are eligible (i.e. USD to MXN.)
• You may not refer businesses or entities that are affiliated with your business. This includes subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies, and other related entities.
• This program will be available through June 30, 2024. Any company that starts an application through a referral link by this date is considered eligible.

How will I receive my referral bonus?

Once the referral company has met the minimum requirements - $10,000 USD* of spend in the first 90 days - you will receive your referral bonus via email no later than 30 days after your referral meets the qualification criteria. 

You’ll receive your $500 USD* gift card via service provider, Tremendous. From there, you’ll be able to select from a list of gift card options including prepaid Visa cards, Amazon gift cards, credit to apps like Uber and Airbnb, or pay it forward by donating to your favorite non-profit organization.

The referee who signed up via your link will receive their $250 USD* gift card through the same process.

‍*All minimum spend and referral bonus amounts will be paid in local currencies. Local currencies will be determined by the referrer’s business location.
